Description

I designed this picking basket to reach berries such as cherries, plums, figs, exotic berries, walnuts, hops, etc., which are always too high, even if you climb a ladder. The existing models on the market are far too wide for this purpose, as they are designed for picking apples, pears, etc...
It's easy to install. It attaches securely to a simple wooden or bamboo handle with 2 screws on each side.

When pulled, the teeth of the claw ring grip and detach the small fruit., which then falls gently into the cloth bag held in place by a string threaded through the holes all around the ring.

This tool makes it easy to pick fruit without having to climb a ladder, and without damaging either the fruit or the tree.

The bag is very easy to make: Simply use a piece of fabric about 210 mm long and 100 mm high, fold it in half, sew or staple it, then secure it to the picking basket with a tie or piece of wool. It cushions the fall of even the ripest fruit, which means your fruit won't be damaged as if it fell into a plastic basket.

As far as I know, there's no such thing as a «small» fruit picker capable of picking berries, nuts or small vegetables.
And now it's done! A further innovative creation by Apiobi!

Now you can enjoy fruit you've never been able to reach before!
