Delivery and returns policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Downloadable files, STL, SVG, PDF, etc.)

Distribution method: Immediate download after payment is confirmed. A link is sent via email in the order confirmation and remains accessible through your APIOBI customer account.
Distribution fees: Free. The 3D files are digital: no shipping information or delivery address is required, and no shipping fees are charged.
Refund policy : Due to the intangible nature and instantaneous nature of the download, digital files are neither exchangeable nor refundable once the download has begun.
Right of withdrawal : In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by downloading the file.
Technical support : If a file is found to be technically corrupted, APIOBI agrees to provide a corrected version. No refunds will be issued for software or hardware incompatibility issues that the customer failed to verify prior to purchase.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Material items)

ℹ️ Currently, no physical products are available for sale on apiobi.com. The shipping and returns policy does not apply.
Since the fields for shipping methods and the shipping address in France cannot be filled in, no shipping charges are billed.

Delivery area : Metropolitan France only.
Shipping methods : Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop or Colissimo (choice in basket).
Deadlines : Shipped within 2 business days, plus shipping time.
Right of withdrawal : You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind.
- Procedure: Contact us at hello@apiobi.com to request a return form.
- Expenses : Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  - Product condition : The right of withdrawal is a right to inspect the product, not a right to use it. In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, any returned product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
  - In the case of manufacturing tools, jigs (e.g., for forming spirals), molds, and presses, using the product to create something constitutes handling that goes beyond what is necessary to test the item. Any sign of use, even minor, that renders the product unsuitable for resale as “new” may result in a refusal to accept the return or a deduction of 50% to 100% from the product’s value. Using the right of withdrawal as a temporary rental service is not permitted by law.
