Delivery and returns policy

Delivery method : Immediate download after payment validation. A link is sent by email and remains accessible via your customer account. APIOBI.
Delivery charges : Free (paperless).
Refund policy : Due to their immaterial nature and the instantaneous nature of downloading, digital files are not neither exchangeable nor refundable once the download has started.
Right of withdrawal : In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by downloading the file.
Technical support : If a file turns out to be technically corrupt, APIOBI undertakes to supply a corrected version. No refunds will be made for software or hardware incompatibilities which the customer has not verified prior to purchase.

Delivery area : Metropolitan France only.
Shipping methods : Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop or Colissimo (choice in basket).
Deadlines : Shipment within 2 working days, plus transport time.
Right of withdrawal : You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind.
- Procedure: Contact us at hello@apiobi.com to obtain the return form.
- Expenses : Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  - Product condition : The right of withdrawal is a right of examination, not a right of use. In accordance with’Art. L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, If a product is returned, it must be suitable for resale in new condition.
  - In the case of manufacturing tools, templates (e.g. spiral forming), molds, presses, the use of the product to produce a creation constitutes a manipulation going beyond what is necessary to test the good. Any trace of use, however slight, rendering the product unfit for resale as “new” may result in refusal of return or a discount of 50% to 100% of the product's value. The use of the right of withdrawal as a temporary rental service is not permitted by law.
