Description

Two clips of different sizes designed to securely fasten the Fiamma awning crank to the inner wall of your cell and/or camper van for easy storage.

Clip 1: for the upper part at the thinnest tube diameter: ~13 mm
Clip 2: for the rotating part of the awning crank, diameter: ~ 17 mm

I designed these two wall brackets as replacements for the 139 cm-long crank handle on the FIAMMA F45S awning in my new motorhome. Two screws are required per clip (M4 screw holes).
There's no doubt that these clips fit the vast majority of awning cranks from FIAMMA and other motorhome brands.

Just be sure to use the measurements given above.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.12 to 0.20. As you can see from the photo, 0.2 mm is perfect.
Filling: 100 %
Filament : PETG preferred, TPU, ABS, NYLON, PLA carbon, ASA.
Very easy to print. No backing. Print flat, clip up
Application of a scaling factor: non-functional

As a professional designer of functional products, I have several multi-purpose 3D printer models at my disposal, but the models shown in the gif videos and/or photos (made from the STL files you're about to download) were deliberately 3D printed, from the test phases onwards, on a simple original ENDER 3 PRO, simply enhanced with a BLTOUCH and PEI plate, to prove because it's essential:
1/ they are 3D printable
2/ they are suitable for all FDM 3D printers on the market, and don't require the latest 3D printing technology to be perfect.
If the print is as excellent as you see it on an Ender 3, it will be just as remarkable on your printer.

Save time and nerves!
Save your PLA for printing trinkets ;-), it's a technical part that requires the best filaments.
PLA won't stand up for long to the intensive conditions to which motorhome parts are subjected.
Those who print in PLA anyway, thinking «it'll be fine like that!» will sooner or later end up breaking the part, and will certainly question the 3D printability or design.
Highly stressed parts for leisure vehicles need to be printed in the hardest materials (while maintaining a certain elasticity and little memory effect), with a constant filling of up to 100 %.
Don't spoil your trip!
