🌡️ A practical accessory that finally has a real stand!

If you have this small monitor displays time, temperature and humidity, you already know how useful it is - but also how dangerous it can be. difficult to fix properly in a house, greenhouse or recreational vehicle.

This compact device, available in white or black (81 × 71 × 10 mm, with a 3.2″ LCD screen), is extremely popular because it is reliable, precise and inexpensive (under €10).
It is often used by motorhome owners and DIY enthusiasts, and I've personally found it installed in more than one used motorhome I've visited.

For a long time, I thought it was an accessory. TRUMA, Its design, colors and display are a perfect match for their heating/water control panels.
But it isn't! Too bad - it would have been the ideal portable companion with an integrated probe. But as is often the case, engineers are not always the end users 😉


🧩 My personalized 3D wall support

To solve this problem, I designed a dedicated wall bracket which complements the monitor's styling and enhances its usability.

Main features :

  • Side and bottom vents to improve air circulation and ensure optimum more precise temperature and humidity measurements.
  • Undercut for time-setting knob, fully accessible and with no direct contact.
  • Clean, compact design, in perfect harmony with the sensor's original housing.

🔧 Two versions included

1️⃣ Adhesive version - designed for easy installation with double-sided tape.
2️⃣ Screw-on version - with two holes allowing horizontal and vertical adjustment for precise wall positioning.


🚐 Daily use

After printing two supports, I can now move my monitor. between bedroom and living room of my motorhome according to my needs.
I'm also planning to install a few at home. simple, efficient and clean !


Technical Tips for 3D Printing

* Orientation: print flat.
* Brackets: required for both versions.
* Material: PETG highly recommended for its rigidity, relative resistance to UV, humidity and thermal stability.
* Layer height: 0.20 mm for a clean surface and precise fit.
* Infill: 100% - full density is essential for long-term strength and durability.
