Please note that all digital products available for download from apiobi.com, as defined at GTC, are intended for personal and private use only.
However obtained, you are not authorized to distribute or sell all or part of the 3D files themselves or the 3D models produced using these files.
More specifically,

License and rights :

• The purchase or free download of a 3D digital file confers only one exclusive right of personal and private usef, non-transferable.
• Any reproduction, modification, distribution, resale or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

What is allowed :

• Print and use 3D prints of 3D files to for private and personal use only, in unlimited quantities; ;
• Share images or photos of your 3D prints on communication media (social networks, websites), provided that the source file is not broadcast.

What is not allowed:

• All distribution, B2B and B2C sales, donation, or exchange, 3D files or any product made from 3D files, including free 3D files.
• Any use commercial or public sharing of the 3D file or model sold or free of charge ;
• Any modification or adaptation of the file or 3D model—even if it is free—, for the purpose of publicly distributing it, selling it, or giving it away;
• Any modification or adaptation of the file or 3D model—even if it is free—, with the aim of integrating it as part of a complex product
• Any sharing on communication platforms (social media, websites, forums, e-commerce platforms, brochures, advertisements, etc.) of images (including digital views and renderings of 3D models), photos, videos (including digital views and renderings of 3D models), and 3D prints available on the apiobi.com platform and on any Apiobi communication medium
  
  

In addition to the UPPE APIOBI LICENSE for exclusive personal and private use and the legislative and regulatory framework imposed by French intellectual property legislation, the rules of the Creative Commons copyright license (See CC-BY-NC-ND) applies to all digital products—including free ones—offered by apiobi.com, which, regardless of how they are obtained, remain original works under the following terms:
