Description

20 mm (0.75″) straight pipe fitting

Type “I” straight connector from 20 mm, designed to connect or repair suction or discharge pipes of inside diameter 20 mm, designed to transport water for a wide range of uses:

  • Motorhome, caravan
  • Boating
  • Pump, motor pump
  • Agriculture, aquaculture, permaculture
  • Garden, watering, water tank
  • Submersible, filter, UV, pond and fountain pumps

⚠️ Not designed or tested for conveying air, compressed air or high-pressure water.


Design

This straight connector has been specifically designed for do not restrict water flow :
➡️ its internal passage is perfectly straight, without restriction.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

Preferably printed in PETG, durable, lightweight and highly resistant, particularly suitable for accessories and tools in contact with liquids, both indoors and out.
The fitting shown in the photos was printed in PETG, with a 0.6 mm nozzle and a layer thickness of 0.28 mm.

The design has been optimized for unsupported vertical printing.

Recommended parameters :

  • Orientation: vertical
  • Plateau grip : brim (minimum 10 mm)
  • Material : PETG recommended
    • Alternatives : ABS, ASA, Nylon
  • Filling : 100 %

PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon : This fitting can be used for other liquids (fuel, drinking water, etc.) and you just need to use the right material for the right purpose (e.g. certified material for food contact).
