Delivery and returns policy

1. PRODUITS NUMÉRIQUES (Fichiers téléchargeables, STL, SVG, PDF, etc.)

Mode de distribution : Téléchargement immédiat après validation du paiement. Un lien est envoyé par email dans la confirmation de commande et reste accessible via votre compte client APIOBI.
Frais de distribution : Gratuits. Les fichiers 3D sont dématérialisés : ni modalités et adresse de livraison demandées, ni frais de livraison facturés.
Refund policy : Due to the intangible nature and instantaneous nature of the download, digital files are neither exchangeable nor refundable once the download has begun.
Right of withdrawal : In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by downloading the file.
Technical support : If a file is found to be technically corrupted, APIOBI agrees to provide a corrected version. No refunds will be issued for software or hardware incompatibility issues that the customer failed to verify prior to purchase.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Material items)

ℹ️ Actuellement aucun produit physique n’est disponible à la vente sur le site apiobi.com. La politique en matière de livraison et de retours n’est pas applicable.
Les champs de saisies pour les modes d’expédition et l’adresse de livraison en France ne pouvant être complétés, aucun frais de livraison n’est facturé.

Delivery area : Metropolitan France only.
Shipping methods : Mondial Relay, Shop2Shop or Colissimo (choice in basket).
Deadlines : Shipped within 2 business days, plus shipping time.
Right of withdrawal : You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind.
- Procedure: Contact us at hello@apiobi.com to request a return form.
- Expenses : Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  - Product condition : The right of withdrawal is a right to inspect the product, not a right to use it. In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, any returned product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
  - In the case of manufacturing tools, jigs (e.g., for forming spirals), molds, and presses, using the product to create something constitutes handling that goes beyond what is necessary to test the item. Any sign of use, even minor, that renders the product unsuitable for resale as “new” may result in a refusal to accept the return or a deduction of 50% to 100% from the product’s value. Using the right of withdrawal as a temporary rental service is not permitted by law.
