Two-part long-range door check for use on motorhomes, caravans, camper vans, boats, garden gates, shutters, etc.

I've made a major improvement to a similar, very popular model: a stop prevents the tip of the arrow from sinking too deeply into the other part. This is the case when the door closes violently in a gust of wind, for example, and damages the fragile latch of the model sold in specialist shops!

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

- Print flat (with support for holes if necessary)
- PETG, ABS, ASA, Carbon Pla or Nylon if possible.

Save time and nerves!
Reserve your PLA for 3D printing of gadgets and artistic objects!
Those who print in PLA anyway, telling themselves «it'll be fine like that», will break one of the parts as soon as the first or second door is closed, and will always question the printability or design.

Really, I insist, but accessories for your motorhome, caravan, van, etc. are highly stressed and must be 3D printed in the hardest materials with 100 % filling.
Even those inside (e.g. refrigerator stops, door and skylight mechanisms, etc.) won't last long if 3D printed with PLA filament.
In addition, anything that comes into contact with water or food must not be printed in PLA (e.g. water-filling nozzles must be printed with high-quality PETG filament, or better still, with any other material approved and certified for food contact.
