Waterproof enclosure for electronic modules

Description

3D-printable enclosure, gasket and cover to organize and protect your electronic projects, both indoors and outdoors. Suitable for use as a controller, junction box, networking equipment, outdoor measuring device, etc.
Our enclosure is not designed to be 100% waterproof or to withstand total and prolonged immersion in a liquid; that is not its purpose. However, we designed it to protect the modules by preventing the entry of insects that could cause a short circuit, accidental contact with foreign objects that could disrupt or damage the modules, and accidental water splashes.

The download includes the STL files for the cover, the gasket, and the enclosure

Enlosure: 

• Internal dimensions of the case (L x W x H): 105 mm x 55 mm x 30 mm
• Wire-pass-through hole: 8 mm
• Mounting inserts for M3 x 15 mm or 20 mm wood screws

Cover:

• Design to Incorporate the gasket
• Can be printed with a transparent filament
• Mounting inserts for M3 x 15 mm or 20 mm wood screws

Gasket: 

• Thickness: 1 mm (the thickness can be increased using the Z-scale factor in your slicer)
• To be printed in TPU, Shore 85A
