Description
If you're looking for a knife gate valve handle to replace the original, you've come to the right place!
Of course, it's not simply a matter of copying the manufacturer's model, which would be easy, but this in no way guarantees the 3D printability of the part, especially for FDM printers.
Model includes tolerances: for thread, 6 mm pull rod and broken ring O-ring (cut wire).
I printed it in red PETG, which is prettier than the original black, isn't it?
Why not grey for grey water or blue for water like another model available in this catalog?
The handle is designed for a 6 mm diameter pull rod, with a cut wire O-ring as on the original handle.
I think this handle will be suitable for pulling other FAP knife gate valves of different diameters.
The handle not only has a simple thread, but also features an advanced design including the space required to lock the wire O-ring. Once tightened, the handle does not rotate around the pull rod and remains completely integrated into the overall mechanism, just like the original handle.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing
PETG, ABS, ASA, Carbon Pla or Nylon if possible.
Filling: at least 20 % with wall thickness over 2 mm, otherwise filling to 100 % (recommended).
Downward thread.
20 mm border.
Save time and energy!
This is a technical part that requires your best filament.
PLA will not withstand weathering, sewage splashes, road pollution, etc. for long.
Highly stressed parts for leisure vehicles should be printed in the most resistant materials with a recommended filling of 100%.
PETG is your first choice!
