Description

The extension bracket kit (right and left) designed by Apiobi allows the Nicot takeoff board to be extended while maintaining the same angle.

The benefits:

Allows the use of an 18-mm-thick board that sits flush with the front edge of the Nicot floor
The short, reinforced structure makes it easy to install boards up to 100 mm wide.
2 side attachment points and 3 on the bottom
No modifications or drilling of the Nicot base

We use unplaned boards that are 70 mm wide and 18 mm thick, made from untreated wooden pallets.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

Orientation: flat, with the inserts facing up
Support: no
Materials : PETG, ABS, ASA—but obviously no PLA. Food-contact certified materials are available if you wish, as 3D printing offers this unparalleled advantage.
Personally, I print with PETG (Photo)
We recommend using a 0.6mm nozzle with 4 walls and a 35% infill for increased strength. Otherwise, use a 100% infill.
A 0.4 mm nozzle is ideal.
