Make your own Blunt‘ darts’ of 4.5″ or more for your blowgun with these 5 heavy-duty tips to diversify your sessions sport training shooting range
Shaped models hammer head are designed for maximum resistance the head flares out to provide a much wider striking surface, transmitting a powerful greater shock to the training target.

Useful note: wooden or bamboo skewers have a diameter of 1/8″ (just over 3 mm). They cost very little, and some are perfect and of excellent quality to make your own accessories for less.
Personally, I've been using these models for a long time on a blowpipe .625, with excellent results.

Filament : PETG, ASA, ABS, Nylon, PLA Carbon, TPU
Nozzle : 0.4 mm
Layer height : ~ 0.12 mm
Orientation: print flat with support or vertical with outer edge of at least 10% in height

That's how I do it - you'll get just as good results with your usual settings!
