Description

Complete set of 11 3D-printable 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-way connectors, designed to fit IRL PVC pipes with a diameter of 20 mm.

Most 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-way connectors shared on sharing platforms like Cults or elsewhere are not not suitable for rigid PVC electrical conduits with an outside diameter of 20 mm (IRL) inexpensive, used by electricians, and commonly found in home improvement stores.

I use IRL PVC pipes to build all kinds of structures:

  • Storage Boxes and Frames
  • Enclosures for 3D printers, lasers, etc.
  • Photo Studios / Light Boxes
  • Greenhouses and grow tents
  • Lightweight Modular Shelving
  • Displays for street vendors, Christmas markets, etc.
  • Waterproof Box for Pond and Garden Accessories

🌿 Build smarter, spend less

These connectors are designed for anyone who wants to create modular, customizable, and affordable structures without investing in expensive materials or complex tools.

Whether you're an exhibitor showcasing your creations at a 3-tier shelf or a gardener who installs a Indoor mini-greenhouse for spring seedlings, this system offers endless possibilities and flexibility.

Connect standard PVC IRL pipes Ø20 mm with these connectors, you can assemble and reconfigure your setup whenever you want – lightweight, reusable, and economical.

Create, adjust, reuse—your structure evolves with your ideas. 💡

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

CONNECTORS

The connectors shown in the images are 3D-printed using standard PLA, which is sufficient for these low-stress utility parts.
For more demanding use (heavy loads, frequent assembly and disassembly, etc.) or outdoor use, choose PETG, ABS, or ASA, depending on weight and exposure conditions.
👉 Print flat, with a small bracket to hold the base of the mounting inserts in place.

CLIPS

  • 10 mm clip → for attaching plastic film or fabric – filling 100 %.
  • 10 mm horizontal clip → to support the PVC pipe (useful for openings) – filling 100 %.

⚠️ If the PLA is too brittle for your intended use, the clips may break if you reposition them frequently.

In that case, choose a filament PETG, ABS or Nylon for greater sustainability—and why not? TPU, depending on your setup and how you use it?
