  • Excellent grip thanks to large contact area.
  • Compatible with abbreviated handles

  • Thread standard 3/8″ (with tolerance adapted to 3D printing).

  • A design entirely optimized for 3D printing, combined with specific SLICER settings (see below), provides a Butt Grip ultra-resistant, soft, supple and flexible, for excellent rod grip.

  • The strength of the TPU used far exceeds that of some rubber butt grips on the market. 2 to 3 times more expensive, and sometimes crack or break after the first few uses.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

PRINTING PARAMETERS (TPU)

Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.12 mm for increased pitch accuracy.

Infill :
Tip: Butt Grip requires two separate fillings:

40-45 % gyroid for the body (adjust according to the hardness and quality of your TPU).

In Cura, minimum 14 mm block, including thread pitch + 2 mm extra, to be printed in 100 % infill to guarantee rigidity and strength at thread level.

Filament: TPU only.

Slicer :
Vertical orientation, no screws upwards, with brackets and ceiling brackets.
Caution: don't use too high a percentage of ceiling brackets - TPU brackets that are too dense become very difficult to remove cleanly.

Application of a scaling factor: Impossible.
Post-treatment / finishing: None required.
