19 mm 3Dpecheur key indicator for fly fishing, available in two downloadable versions for a single price!
This 19 mm model is as easy to cast and spot on the water as any commercial indicator.

Both versions feature a ring for easy attachment.
V1: Classic ring
V2: Reinforced ring for extreme conditions

These indicators, designed for fly fishing, make it easy to maintain the desired location and present the nymph at the ideal depth. High visibility and ultra-sensitivity. Excellent performance in most conditions.

Will not pinch or weaken the line. Easy to place and adjust on your leader. They never sink.

My models are designed for 3D FDM printing. They are designed to meet the specific needs of demanding fly fishermen like myself. They are designed, printed and repeatedly tested in real fishing conditions by myself and a fantastic team of fishing friends, until optimal results are achieved.

 

 

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

To guarantee sealing and strength, the walls must be at least ~1.2 mm thick, with a minimum of 3 layers. The indicator can be painted or varnished with a neon color. The varnish seals any holes. You can also grease simply the indicator.

Filling at 0 %
PETG is both strong and flexible; clear is ideal.

A 0.4 mm nozzle is the maximum.
A quality of ~0.12 mm is recommended.

Printing must be carried out flat with supports, and the indicator may be spaced a few millimeters apart on the Z axis, depending on your printer and slicer configuration and settings. A sphere in direct contact with the platen and/or too high a temperature could deform the base of the thin-walled indicator.

Here's my method; you'll get just as good results with your own settings.

The 3D printing tests for the 3Dpecheur indicators were all carried out on a perfectly tuned Ender 3 Pro with a PEI + BLTouch plate, to prove to as many people as possible that our models don't need the latest 3D printers to be perfect.

If the print is successful on an Ender 3, the result will be just as impressive on your printer!
