The Apiobi incense stick holder includes 4 pieces can be glued together if you wish.
You can download the following parts:

  • Incense stick spring holder
  • Rod/support connector
  • Stem support and ash collection base

Why isn't there a 25cm rod to download?

For the stem, we use a bamboo or wooden rod from 3 mm diameter, commonly sold as a skewer pick, inexpensive and attractive
The design and tolerances have been planned for this rod, which everyone has in their kitchen accessories. We'll add a 3D-printable stem to the ‘exchanges’ section on request.

It's a voluntary choice for two reasons:

  1. Not everyone has a printer capable of printing a piece 25 cm long
  2. Assembling several sections of printed stems is not very aesthetic, A simple wooden rod, on the other hand, gives a clean, solid look with a contemporary bamboo decorating style.

Technical Tips for 3D Printing

General settings

  • Nozzle : 0.4 mm
  • Layer height : 0.12 to 0.20 mm

Infill rate

  • Stick holder + connector : 100 % (maximum strength)
  • Base : 10 to 20 % (sufficient for stability)

Compatible materials

  • Recommended: PETG
  • Other robust options : ABS, ASA
  • Avoid: classic PLA for stick support (risk of deformation when heated, PLA's significant memory effect)

Scaling

  • Impossible scale factor parts cannot be resized.
  • The overall length of the assembly must remain between 25 and 26 cm, corresponding to the standard length of an incense stick.
