It's easy to replicate the dimensions of a part exactly, but that doesn't guarantee that it will be 3D-printable, especially for FDM printers. I design and develop solutions that are conceived from the outset to be manufactured using 3D printing.<\/span><\/p>\n We have incorporated the necessary tolerances for 3D printing the thread into which the brass ferrule of the 6-mm pull rod and the split O-ring (cut wire) are screwed. The handle is designed for a 6 mm diameter pull rod, with a cut wire O-ring as on the original handle. The handle not only has a simple thread, but also includes the advanced design including the space needed to lock the wire O-ring.
